• All products endorsed, furnished and installed by American Design and Build, Ltd. will carry the American Sentry Seal of Approval.
• Products carrying the American Sentry Seal of Approval, when installed by authorized American Design and Build, Ltd. technicians, are warranted against defect or product failure due to manufacturer and/or installation for the length of, or beyond the manufacturers’ stated warranty as long as the original purchaser lives in the home.
• Repair or replacement for the length of the manufacturers’ warranty, including labor and materials at no charge to the original purchaser. The decision to repair or replace is at the sole discretion of American Design and Build, Ltd.
