Being an engineer, I looked for how the windows are constructed and how they are going to meet the expectations from a thermal efficiency standpoint and an appearance standpoint. The workmanship was fantastic. American Design and Build paid close attention to detail.

The showroom was absolutely fabulous. I spent a couple of house there. They showed me all of the window and siding choices. I wanted nothing but the best and I believe I got the best! American Design and Build is the best company I've ever found. Their work is good and guaranteed and to me, that's important.

Words cannot adequately express our satisfaction with our replacement windows for our home. From the first month that we walked into your showroom until the last workman left, everyone was polite, friendly, knowledgeable and professional. What a joy it is to do business with people who say what they mean and do what they say! The windows were ordered, the measuring checked and rechecked and on the day of installation, your three installers arrived on time ready to work. Within 5 hours, all of the windows had been installed, your men cleaned up after themselves, we paid and went on their way.

My husband and I wanted to send you a note, to let you know how pleased we were with the work your company did for us. We recently had storm doors put on our house. We looked at several options before choosing your company. Chris, the salesman, made a lot of claims about service, so we decided to go with American Design and Build. I know we weren't a very big job for you, but we sure weren't treated that way. We were extremely pleased with the product and the service. They are beautiful doors, which I think add to the exterior of our home. We can already feel a decrease in the cold draft around the doors. The installment was on time, which in my experience is not always the case with other contractors, and the installer was very polite and efficient. There was a screw missing from one part of the doors, and he came back and installed it immediately. We would definitely recommend the company to friends and would consider using your company again.

We found our new sunroom to be beyond our expectations. American Design and Build was very professional, very courteous, and very helpful. What impressed me most was the approachability of the president, Mr. Joe Tunney.

Two weeks have gone by since your company installed 17 thermal windows in our house. I finally have some time to write you about our experience with your company, your salesman and installers.

Art came to our house right on schedule with the appointment time we set up with your office. He took a lot of time explaining the features of the windows you were offering. Several years ago, we had two sliding glass doors installed by your group and so the windows and manufacturer were known to us. We have always been satisfied with the doors and their installation. After working with us to establish a price that we accepted, we decided to go with the windows from your company.

A few days later, Art showed up with the contract that we signed. About two or three weeks later, one of your measurers came out - again on time - and took all the measurements. We were all set - only had to wait for a call from your install team. The installers came on time and put in all the windows from about 8:30 AM to 3:30 PM. These men were courteous, efficient, answered all questions and left our house with new windows and the inside and outside areas clean. It was just as it was before they came.

The windows look great and I am sure we will be just as happy with them as we have been with the sliding doors. The next day, Art called to see if we were satisfied with the work and to make an appointment to come and see the windows. He showed up on time, and we gave him our final payment. All in all, it was a very good experience dealing with American Design and Build and your representatives.
